ഒന്നും രണ്ടും ഭാഗങ്ങളായി POSITIVE SENTENCE കളിൽ QUESTION TAG എങ്ങനെ തെറ്റില്ലാതെ എഴുതാമെന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ പഠിച്ചു.ഇന്ന് ആദ്യം NEGATIVE അഥവാ നിഷേധവാക്യങ്ങൾ എന്താണെന്ന് പഠിച്ചിട്ട് അവയ്ക്ക് QUESTION TAG ഇടുന്നത് എങ്ങനെയാണെന്ന് നോക്കാം.

WHAT ARE NEGATIVE SENTENCES ? എന്താണ് നിഷേധവാക്യങ്ങൾ ?
വ്യക്തി ആരുമാകട്ടെ,അദ്ദേഹം പറയുന്ന,കേൾക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ ശരിയല്ല എന്നുപറയുന്നതിനാണ് നിഷേധം എന്ന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്.അല്ല എന്നോ ഇല്ല എന്നോ ഉള്ള അർത്ഥങ്ങൾ ആ വാക്യത്തിന് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും.

ഇവിടെയൊക്കെ auxiliary verb ന് ശേഷം not എന്ന് ചേർക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്.

എന്നാൽ ഇങ്ങനെയല്ലാതെയും നിഷേധം വരാം.നോക്കുക.നിഷേധപദം നാമത്തോട് ചേർന്നോ,അവയ്ക്ക് മുമ്പോ,ക്രിയക്ക് മുമ്പോ ആയി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.
11 Nobody attended the meeting last day.
12 None of them will respond to my remarks.
13 Never he came here before.
14 Neither of them minds the neighbours.
15 I no longer play cricket at home.

ഇവയൊന്നുമില്ലാതെത്തന്നെ negative meaning വരുന്ന ചില പദങ്ങൾ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കുക.കാഴ്ച്ചയിൽ affirmative അഥവാ വിധിവാക്യങ്ങളാണെന്ന് തോന്നുമ്പോഴും ഇത്തരം  വാക്യങ്ങൾ പൊതുവിൽ നിഷേധസ്വഭാവത്തിലുള്ളതായിരിക്കും.ഇവയുടെ English ലുള്ള അർത്ഥം almost not at all എന്നാണ്.അതായത്,ഇല്ലാ എന്നുതന്നെ പറയാം.

ഇവയിൽ പ്രത്യേകം നോക്കേണ്ടുന്ന പദങ്ങളാണ് few,little എന്നിവ.കാരണം,ഇവയ്ക്ക് a few,the few,a little,the little എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ള positive രൂപങ്ങളുണ്ട്.അവ negative കാണിക്കുന്ന പദങ്ങളല്ല എന്നർത്ഥം.
അപ്പോൾ negative sentence കൾ ഏതൊക്കെയെന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി.ഇനി ഇവയുടെ tag question എപ്രകാരമാണെന്നുനോക്കാം.പ്രധാനകാര്യം  tag ൽ n't രൂപം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല എന്നതാണ്.ഉണ്ടാവുന്നതോ ?സഹായക്രിയയും  സർവ്വനാമവും ചോദ്യചിഹ്നവും(auxiliary verb +pronoun+question mark)  മാത്രം .
